Power Management Institute (PMI) has been playing a key role in development of Human Resources in NTPC. It is a matter of pride that PMI is attracting a large number of power utilities from different parts of India and abroad for technical and managerial development of their employees. Besides, a large number of corporate houses from other industries, both from public as well as private sector have been seeking support of PMI for the development of their executives.
